Island of Pag is fifth largest island in Croatia, but the one with longest coastline. It has unique landscapes and thanks to the “bura” – famous Croatian wind – it has very little vegetation, so some parts looks like they are from another planet. Island of Pag is famous mostly for its cheese, salt and lice.

Zrće beach
There is one more thing that makes island of Pag so famous, especially for younger people and the ones that feel that way Zrće beach. It one of the most famous party beaches in the world and definitely No.1 beach clubbing location in Europe. There are four biggest clubs – Noa, Papaya, Kalypso and Aquarious and many smaller bars with food and drink. If never ending parties from 0-24 with world´s best DJs on beautiful pebble beach sounds like a dream come true than Zrće beach is perfect location for you.

Nudism on Pag
Over the years you could enjoy in nudism in camp Straško that is located in Novalja, just a walk away from Zrće beach. The camp was mixed, with bigger part for textiles and smaller part for nudists. Sadly from this year they no longer have area for nudists. Therefore I was trying to find a good place to stay ( and when I say good I mean open for nudism ) and have found camping Sveti Duh. Even though it is not official nudist camp they are very open minded so you can be naked in your own camping place and on the beach.
The camp itself is very basic and that is one of the reasons why it has “wild” atmosphere. With that you really feel relaxed as no one from the staff is being formal. At the Sveti Duh camp there is long pebble beach with a nice view on the mainland and the Velebit mountine. Beach is beautiful but there is no shadow. And that is the problem in the entire camp. Therefore as I really liked the camp I would say it is perfect in the late spring and early autumn. But during the hot summer months I recommend to stay in a place that has shadow – trust me, here it is a must have.
